Customers using any part of this website are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (21.5%), unless otherwise specified.
Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment.
Payments must be made in Euro and by one of the following credit card payment methods: Visa Credit/Debit, MasterCard Credit/ Debit, AMEX, Diners Card, Laser and Maestro (Switch UK) and JCB.
The Handmade Soap Company retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.

DELIVERY

Ireland Delivery Times: 3 to 5 working days.

Mainland UK Delivery times: 5 to 7 working days.

Mainland Europe and International Delivery Times: Will vary depending on the destination. Upon purchase we will provide you with a quotation. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when production of the products is complete

DAMAGED/REJECTED GOODS

The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer notifies The Handmade Soap Company that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect the customer�s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, The Handmade Soap Company will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. Where goods purchased from this website have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to The Handmade Soap Company, White Gables, Headfort Place, Kells, Co. Meath, Ireland.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

The Customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: The Handmade Soap Company, White Gables, Headfort Place, Kells, Co. Meath, Ireland. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to The Handmade Soap Company before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
